GENERAL INFORMATION
The Temora Greyhound Racing Club is operated by the NSW Greyhound Breeders, Owners and Trainers Association (NSW GBOTA). Racing in Temora was founded in 1957, with today's racing on the same site. Racing these days is on a loam surface with electric cable, which was achieved through the hard work and dedication of numerous volunteers in 2014. Previously a grass track, Temora's updated surface ensures the best possible racing surface is provided for participants of not only the local Riverina region, but those which travel from across NSW and Victoria to race.

Temora remains well positioned to transition to the new age of greyhound racing, with air conditioned kennelling area as well as under cover wash down bays for the welfare of greyhounds and participants.

In addition to the excellent greyhound facilities, the venues boasts strong patron facilities with undercover viewing area and grassed kids playing areas, which allow the whole family to enjoy the trackside experience.

The Temora Club prides itself on its ongoing social contributions to the local community hosting fundraisers regularly, as well as social events for kids and adults alike.
