Welcome to GRNSW’s Racing Week Ahead where we update participants with our upcoming events for the following week, highlighting several of those events for which nominations close over the next seven days.
The TAB Million Dollar Chase kicks off next week with heats in many regional areas.
The final of the NSW National Sprint and Distance Championship will also be held next Thursday night at Wentworth Park and the heats of the NSW National Straight Track Championships will also be held at Richmond.
And we’ll start this week at Temora on Wednesday August 10 with Million Dollar Chase Regional Heats over the 457m culminating in a $7,000 final.
At Richmond on Friday August 12 over the 520m we have 5th grade heats with a $5,000 final.
Up the Richmond Straight on Saturday August 13 heats of the NSW National Straight Track Championships Heats will be held with a $10,000 final.
At The Gardens on Saturday August 13, Million Dollar Chase Regional Heats over the 515m will be held with a $7,000 final.
On Sunday August 14 at Grafton we have 450m 1-2 win heats with a $3,800 final.
A big day on Monday August 15 with Million Dollar Chase Regional Heats over the 520m at Bathurst with a $7,000 final, then at Nowra 520m 5th grade heats with a $4,000 final, and at Maitland 400m 4/5th grade heats with a $2,100 final.
And final at Temora on Tuesday August 16, 330m maiden heats with a $1,500 final, and the same day at
