Good race to kick things off. WESTERN HEART (1) has the draw. Average beginner but thundering finish. He'll be about the place when it counts. ASTON THOMAS (4) is the likely leader and should set a pretty swift pace. TRIPPING COWBOY (3) is racing superbly but is getting up in grade here. DARYL BALE (8) is a quality chaser, draw is tough though.
