ASTON DUKE (2) was at his imperious best saluting at Maitland last start. Class act who should be too good for these. Kennelmate OMBRE ROSE (1) is no slouch over short course and drawn to go close. GLORIOUS IZMIR (8) is having first go at this after terrific runs at local track. Tough ask from draw but a chance. CHEEKY CHAPTER (6) next best.
