RUSHFORTH DES (2) and ZIPPER DOWN (6) quinellaed their heat of the maiden in the fast time and barring bad luck they can again fight out the finish, with Rushforth Des selected on top although Zipper Down should lead and could take catching. CHARLM MISSILE (3) and CEDAR DUSTY (4) showed enough to be capable of fighting out the minor placings..
