In a very open maiden the on top selection is for DIG IT DOUG (3) after a good last start third at Wentworth Park. He had the five box that day and is better suited in the white so looks well placed. EDNA'S SWEET (1) was in trouble at her last run at Gosford but is also drawn to improve here. GOLDEN GATE (6) and STEFFI'S LARA (2) are minor hopes.
