Not much early speed in this race could fall into the hands of BLUE KERMARO (5) who posted a winning time here last week that would be good enough to win this. ZIPPING KAI (1) can explode through the last section of her races and looks the danger.
Keen on REITERATE (2) on a each way basis here. Drawn to settle on the speed and a top 3 finish looks good. SHAYNA BALE (3) also looks likely to settle on the speed and is a must for exotics. TAMMY MCIVOR (7) is the one to beat but box 7 is the worry
Open race. CANYA VANQUISH (2) has the right draw to push up towards the lead going into the first bend and could take some holding out at nice each way odds. SHARP THIEF (1) is rarely far away and can make a mid race move.
DIE HARD (5) holds a class edge and only needs a little luck going into the first bend and he will be very hard to hold out. BOURKE (3) makes his city debut following some ultra impressive country wins. CORNHILL PRINCE (1) is a must for the exotics
SERENE EQUITY (1) looks the winner here. She was the quickest of the heat winners, has the gun draw and should be leading throughout. CONTAINER (2) was smartly placed behind the top elect in his heat and looks a strong exacta option.
STORM STROLLER (7) is a proven performer around this circuit and can settle top 2 early. SWINDLED (8) is the fastest dog in this race and just need luck in running to feature. ZIPPING KENDRICK (1) should be right in the mix.
AMRON TIGER (6) has brilliant field sense which has been on display in winning his past three starts and he looks hard to stop once again here. MOTION SENSOR (5) charges into the first bend with tenacity and genuine speed and looks the danger.
FAST HEADACHE (1) is drawn to get all the room in the world early, should drive up and lead and take some catching. Both ETHANOL EXTRA (3) and ASTON LUCIANO (5) can work into the race mid race and look the clear threats.
AFIRE (2) has resumed racing with two sizzling wins and looks drawn to win once again. PEPPER RUSH (7) should keep his line early and challenge for the early lead. SPIRITED AVENGER (8) can follow the 7 across and fill a minor placing.
STORMY DAY (7) is much better than his form reads and if he can begin on even terms he will be hard to catch. AILLEE BALE (8) would have preferred an inside draw but holds a big class edge. MEPUNGA MUSTANG (3) is all class.
DRILL SERGEANT (5) has been one of the best performed stayers this year and he can either lead or come off the speed to win in this event. STOMPING (8) handles a wide draw and can really burn through the first two sections.
POMMEL BOY (3) continues to impress and should have no problem accounting for his rivals here. OKAY BOOMER (8) is suited to a wide box and can be on the speed from the outset. MEPUNGA LOAF (2) best form would test these out.
