Quite simply if BILLY JO (5) can reproduce the 16.07 she ran here last week in narrowly going down, she should be winning this. Of course the draw is a concern, but she steps well enough to overcome it. On the flip side,BLUE ROCKET (1) could not have asked for a better draw, and if he steps, he should be able to punch through early, new to the trip
