BRAD HILL BILLY (1) is clearly the class runner in race eight. Been one of the best NSW performers over the last 18 months so barring bad luck he should be the on top pick because of the rails draw and has gone well at Dubbo before. SUZI CARGO (2) and LEKTRA FELLA (3) both have pace and are minor hopes.
