GRNSW refers to its recent statements regarding the future of racing at Dapto.
GRNSW wishes to clarify that in referring to legal proceedings last year between GRNSW and the Dapto Agricultural & Horticultural Society, it was not in any way intended to criticise the Society or its Board of Directors. GRNSW acknowledges that the NSW Supreme Court proceedings were discontinued as part of a confidential settlement between GRNSW and the Society.
GRNSW conducts greyhound racing at the Dapto Showground under licence from the Society, and is committed to the mutually beneficial relationship between GRNSW and the Society.
