MISCHIEVOUS LOU (4) is becoming a bit of a money muncher but she has a fair bit on these talent wise and there should be no excuses tonight. Should assume control quickly, last time taking short odds. SO DAPPER (8) has been mixing distances of late but this is his ideal journey and he will get plenty of room early on. LADY PERIWINKLE (6) led for a long way here last week and she has been placed in three of four here. She should have enough pace to cross early and she is getting stronger. SPRING BISTRO (5) is better than his form indicates and he can work into the mix in the middle stages. ENERGETIC CLOUD (3) can unwind a very strong finish.
JACK'S ARROW (8) has been ultra impressive since resuming from a spell and he looks very well graded in this event. He has been placed in two of three from this draw and he can assume control mid race. FLYING AVOCADO (7) was a brilliant 25.09 winner here last time and he exits a similar draw tonight. TUTA QUEEN (4) can come out running and is value
SERRAI (8) had every chance here last week, however she was able to regain some much needed confidence and she can hit the line a lot better this time around. BLUE OREGON (5) was narrowly beaten here two runs back and he will keep the pressure on from the outset. WHAT ABOUT NICK (3) can run a cheeky race at odds.
HONEY BAR COOL (2) has been simply brilliant in her past two here over 520m and she may be suited to this distance range. She should settle in the top three and she will be strong late. HOLE IN ONE (3) was far from disgraced here last time and she will be much better for the run, while ZIPPING LUDA (7) can charge at the business end.
SMART AND CLASSY (3) has a great record here and he owns a sizzling 30.22 PB here. He should find this easier than his most recent racing and he can assume control soon after box rise. ANOTHER LEVEL (5) is racing with tremendous confidence and he will keep the pressure on from the outset. ON ANY DAY (2) goes well here and is nearing another win.
JOHNNIE NO ICE (1) is a nice up and comer and he turned in a gutsy performance to score here last week in 31.13. Expected to lead tonight and is capable of going a lot faster. RUSA RANGE (7) loves this track/distance and he likes to stay wide in his races, while BOOTIN' BOODIE (8) can come out running and she is getting stronger all the time.
SCRIPTED (2) has a good record here to date and he is armed with a nice turn of foot. He should be able to clear the red early on and he will be carving out time on the arm. ELECTRIC MAN (8) rises in distance tonight but he was enormous in his last start win over 431m and he should run out the journey. DELIVERY MAIL (5) needs luck but he is in form
BOMBER BAR COOL (5) has a good record here and he will find this easier than his most recent racing. Needs room early but he should be able to balance up in the top four. BLUE STEEL (7) has had little luck in stronger company of late and she just needs to find the rail in the early stages. MINTER DELUXE (2) can run a cheeky race.
HARA'S BOOTS (1) has won five of eight over this track/distance and he is drawn to hold the early lead. He runs into a couple of good ones but they will have to run sub 24.90 to reel him in. AUSTRIAN JEWEL (5) is racing with tremendous confidence and she will just need some luck through the first bend. NARKUNDA (7) is hard to follow but is talented
CASH HANDY (1) is dropping back in distance but he has shown good acceleration in his 500m wins and a clean getaway tonight can see him make every post a winner. POCKET BANFIELD (2) is better than her past few runs and she should be able to follow the red through early on. SPRING AURA (4) is better than her past two and she can ping the lids.
