General Information
The recently re-developed Gosford complex provides the ideal setting for greyhound racing on the central coast. Restaurant, bar and kiosk facilities are available for the enjoyment of patrons. The Club race on a loam surface with a cable lure system in operation. The track is located at the Gosford Showgrounds on Showground Road opposite the railway line.
Nominations close Friday 9am with GRNSW.
Kennelling Times
Open 90 mins to race 1 & close 45 mins prior to race 1 The kennels are of the one tier variety and a veterinary service is available at all race meetings.
When 11 races are drawn there will be no reserve trials & no kennels available for greyhounds in steward, clearance trials or trials after the last race.
Trials
Tuesday: After the last race is concluded. Field, solo and hand slip trials conducted. Tickets to be purchased by Race 9.
Non Race Day Trials - Wednesday Evenings & Thursday Mornings All trial types commence at 6.30 pm Wednesday and 8 am Thursday Tickets are purchased at the racing office. No pre-booked trials at this stage. conditions apply to the use of skins and squeakers and trainers should report them to the Trials Supervisor when purchasing their tickets for run-on's.
