The Gosford meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 21 March has been transferred to The Gardens as repairs to the track surface continue to be undertaken.
It will be the second consecutive meeting transferred from Gosford to The Gardens after it was determined that the Gosford track had significant issues with the track base as a result of recent heavy rainfall and a number of legacy issues related to the track construction.
The main area of concern with the Gosford track is that the old track base contents are rising up through the racing surface, presenting a number of safety concerns.
GRNSW and the NSW GBOTA are working on remedial solutions to ensure racing can resume at Gosford as soon as possible.
Nominations for the transferred meeting at The Gardens will close at 9am on Thursday (16 March). Races will be drawn based on nomination flows.
