If you have any concerns relating to the greyhound racing industry and the welfare of greyhounds, you are welcome to raise these with the Greyhound Welfare and Integrity Hotline. This is a service managed externally to GRNSW which allows members of the public, including participants in the greyhound racing industry, to raise concerns. *GRNSW will publish submissions of stakeholders where requested to do so in writing.
GRNSW Chief Executive Paul Newson will stage stakeholder forums across NSW over the next three months.
At each of the forums, Mr Newson will provide an update in regard to the GRNSW response to concerns around animal welfare and integrity affecting the sport as well as an overview of the Special Commission of Inquiry into the NSW greyhound industry.
Mr Newson will also use the forums to hear from those in attendance and listen to matters concerning the industry.
The locations, dates and times (where available) for the forums are as follows:
• Richmond – 25 March at 2.45pm
• Dubbo – 26 March at 11.25am
• Gosford – 14 April at 6.05pm
• Dapto – 16 April at 6.25pm
• Kempsey – 9 May at 12pm
• Lismore – 12 May at 5.50pm
• Wagga – 15 May at 5.05pm
• Goulburn – 19 May at 12.45pm
• Gunnedah – 8 August at 12pm
All stakeholders in NSW are encouraged to attend the forum closest to them to ensure they can stay informed with the latest industry developments.
