Greyhound Racing NSW advises that Mr David Armati has ruled on the appeal of trainer Mr Lincoln Moncrieff against a charge under GAR 86(h) imposed by GRNSW Stewards following a kennel inspection at Mr Moncrieff’s property on 16 April 2012.
Mr Moncrieff appealed against his disqualification of four months. The appeal hearing was conducted on Thursday 23 August 2012.
The appeal was dismissed and the four month disqualification stands, less 57 days for time already served. Mr Moncrieff's appeal deposit was forfeited.
