If you don't have one of the new fluoro yellow licence cards, then the answer is NO, you have not renewed your licence for the current period.
If you have allowed your previous licence to expire and you fail to renew it before 30 June 2012, you will be required to re-apply as a Brand New member. This means you will need to submit a new licence application, police criminal history check and undergo a kennel inspection and questionnaire.
