www.revolutionpet.com.au	Revolution is very kindly donated to us for the prevention of fleas, mites, mange and heartworm in our greyhounds. Pfizer also provides Canex for the prevention and treatment of internal parasites. In addition to helping our dogs whilst they are with us, samples of Revolution and Canex are also supplied to our adopters to help them help their dogs stay fit and healthy.
Avoca Drive Animal Hospital, Erina, Central Coast Phone: (02) 4365 1028 www.avocadrivevet.com.au	Avoca Drive Animal Hospital was instigated by Dr Elizabeth O’Connor in 2004 and since then has been providing welfare work re-homing dogs which now of course includes cooperation with Greyhounds As Pets to re-home retired racing greyhounds. The hospital is fully behind their work as they can see what an unjust reputation this breed has and what wonderful pets they make. Staff are regularly confronted with obese pets and of course greyhounds almost never have issues with obesity! As well as this greyhounds have extremely few problems with disease compared with other breeds as a result of their breeding.

TROY	Some wonderful shampoos and conditioners have been provided to us for dogs in our kennels and as samples to our adopters to keep our dogs glossy and flea free!
NSWNCA Greyhound Recorder Golf Day	The NSW National Coursing Association through their newspaper The Recorder have been very supportive of Greyhounds as Pet, making generous donations following their annual fundraisers.
www.peto.com.au	PETO in Brookvale have been very supportive, providing us with opportunities to meet lots of pet people and conduct some fundraisers. They’ve also provided discounts to help our furry friends and have become big fans of this wonderful breed! They are also offering ongoing support and some discounts to adopters of our dogs!

Be First Past The Post

GRNSW and TAFE NSW will launch the Certificate II - Greyhounds program in March. The program will provide new entrants to the greyhound racing industry with the skills and knowledge to further their career.
