Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) is a body corporate charged with providing strategic direction and leadership in the development, integrity and welfare of greyhound racing in New South Wales (NSW). It is the peak body of the sport and is responsible for ensuring the competitiveness and long-term commercial viability of greyhound racing for the benefit of participants, commercial partners and the community.

From July 2009, GRNSW became responsible for the regulatory affairs of the sport, including administration and enforcement of the Greyhound Racing Act 2009. This broadening of responsibilities was the result of a government decision to transfer the greyhound division functions of the Greyhound and Harness Racing Regulatory Authority to GRNSW.

In July 2010, GRNSW undertook an organisational restructure to ensure there were distinct business units responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan Chasing 2020. The new structure covers both the commercial and regulatory responsibilities of GRNSW with four core business units: Racing & Integrity, Member & Club Services, Brand & Public Relations and Growth & Sustainability.
